Powered by a 4.7 liter V8 engine, the engine has been engineered to churn out a peak performance of 430 hp at 7300 rpm and torque of 361 lb.-ft at 5000 rpm. A new dynamic stability control (DSC) system along with Hydraulic Brake Assist (HBA) and Hill Brake Assist provides assistance during emergency braking situations. Aston Martin has collaborated with Bridgestone to develop customized tires to optimize road holding enhancing dynamic feel.

And there is something for those who like their cars sounding as cool as they look. The Vantage S is sure to please with its own unique sound via a new exhaust muffler and bypass valve map, creating a very distinctive and highly vocal exhaust note.
